AlexFeedback End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and Alexander Heinecke, Dreikönigenstr 8, 41464 Neuss, Germany ("we").

1. License

Upon payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AlexFeedback on up to two (2) computers at the same time for your own productions (personal or commercial). You may deactivate computers in your account to move the license.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, sublicense or share the license or your account credentials; reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent the license activation; or use the software to build a competing product.

3. Demo mode

Without activation the software runs in demo mode (audio output mutes periodically). The demo may be used for evaluation only.

4. Updates

Updates within the purchased major version are included. Beta builds are provided as-is for testing and are not recommended for critical live productions. New major versions may require an upgrade purchase.

5. Privacy

The software processes audio locally and never transmits audio. Activation and update checks transmit your account e-mail, an anonymous machine identifier, device name, plug-in and OS version. See our privacy policy.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or interrupted events. AlexFeedback is a tool that assists the engineer; you remain responsible for the sound system and hearing safety at your events.

7. Termination

The license ends if you breach this agreement or if the purchase is refunded. Deactivate or delete the software in that case.

8. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
